Flat Fee (not per hour) Military Discount (20%)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we gather the basic information (size of the house/apartment: square feet - bedrooms - bathrooms, pets: dog or cat, desirable date for the service, name & property address. Then I schedule a physical inspection to the house/apartment to validate the final price of the service. On the scheduled date we provide the cleaning service. Finalizing sending to the customer the before & after pictures.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have more than 28 years of experience. I started in Orlando - Florida working in hotels & residential cleaning. After I left the military service we moved from North Carolina to Montana with the great demand for cleaning services I decided to get back on business.
