- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We contact the client promptly by text or phone to understand their needs. 2. When possible, we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the home and provide an accurate estimate. 3. We assess the size of the home, number of rooms and bathrooms, and the level of detail required. 4. We explain exactly what is included, the estimated cleaning time, and the number of team members assigned. 5. We agree on pricing, scope of work, and schedule before confirming the service. 6. For remote estimates, we collect detailed information and confirm all expectations in advance.
