FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Self-pay is required for coaching, consulting, and general mental health support. Insurance is accepted only for Montana clients seeking substance use or addiction treatment. Out-of-state insurance is not accepted. Sliding scale options may be available for self-pay clients. Advance session packages receive 10–25% discounts. A 50% self-pay discount is available for disabled veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling, I confirm whether the client is self-pay or a Montana-based client seeking substance use or addiction treatment using insurance. Self-pay clients are offered a free 15-minute consultation to discuss goals, determine fit, and clarify next steps. Out-of-state clients and non-addiction services are self-pay only.
