FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Class tuition is typically based on a few factors, including: how long you want to train for, how often you attend, how often you pay and which program you choose. There is a lot of flexibility in payments depending on the arrangements we make. Most people are between $9-14 per class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New students come in for an introductory session. This gives you the opportunity to come in and evaluate the school, the instructors, the facility, etc., and see if it will be the right fit for you. It also gives us the chance to see where the student fits into the program. After the intro class, you'll go right into your first group class to be able to experience what that is like. After that, you will be able to decide more clearly if you'll want to continue.
