- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Best advice we give to all new prospective customers new to the Web Hosting, Web Design world.....Always keep a record of your hosting info, both for your domain name account and hosting account in the event that your unhappy with your current services (whether it be the hosting portion or the maintenance portion). It is very common for clients to have entrusted this info to someone who built or hosted their site, but are unable to then access their site files or domain names once completed. At RSW we make sure information is always available to our customers. We encourage our customers to keep a record of all their services with RSW. We will also manage your Domain Name renewals as well as your DNS records. All this offered at competitive rates, never outsourcing outside of the USA.
