I’ve had Steve from SMS builders do multiple projects at my home from rewiring my garage to putting in ceiling fans and installing base boards to plumbing work. He also built a screened in room on my deck. His work has always been of the highest quality and his prices have always been reasonable.

Steve retro fitted sliding shelves in all my kitchen cabinets. He also fixed some electrical issues and plumbing problems as well as installing two new toilets. I had to have some concrete cut and removed and then replaced. He did a great job. A portion of my retaining wall had to be rebuilt and he handled that as well. I will be hiring him again for some upcoming projects.

Steve from SMS Builders did a couple of fair sized projects for me. He installed 2 new picture windows, redid the siding and painted the whole exterior of my home. He also completely remodeled a bathroom. The jobs went well and on time. His work is top notch. I wouldn't even think of having anyone else work on my home.

Steve has done several jobs for me. He replaced a leaking window in master bedroom, replaced countertop in spare bathroom and completely remodeled master bathroom taking it down to the studs. He is very detailed oriented and does beautiful work.
