On top of that, we had a lice scare at summer camp, so I had washed nearly 25 loads of laundry that I hadn’t yet folded. I let Nico know ahead of time that the piles would be in my closet, partly because I was embarrassed for her to see it that way, but more importantly to make it clear they’d be out of her way and not something I expected her to handle.
Not only did they leave my house absolutely spotless, but I was shocked to discover that they had transformed my chaotic closet from a complete mess into a beautifully organized space. It was such an unexpected act of kindness that meant so much during a time when I physically couldn’t do it myself.
Finding businesses that go above and beyond for their clients is rare these days. Shiny Solutions clearly takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely cares about the people they serve. From fitting me in the very next day to exceeding every expectation I had, the level of service was incredible, and I’m still blown away.
I’ve signed up for monthly cleanings and fully expect to be a long-term client. I couldn’t be happier and recommend Shiny Solutions without hesitation. Thank you so much, Nico!
