- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a one time service call fee of $99.00 that is due upon scheduling, if additional services are performed this fee is applied to the bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the needs via phone, text, or email and agree on a time to meet. We then meet on-site which allows us to price your project properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We used state licensed plumbers.
