Service charges: Initial Home Visit $125 Hourly Rate Thereafter $100/hr

Schedule the service call 1. Review the work 2. Create an estimate 3. Find a time and date that works with both the customer and our schedules 4. Order parts if needed (100% $ down on parts and 50% down on job estimate) 5. Complete service 6. Review work competition with customer 7. Schedule any other services if needed
