We needed to move and assemble a new large sectional that was dropped in our driveway without the carrier previous notification. We were shocked when we arrived home at night, and found 6 heavy boxes that were supposed to be dropped inside the house. Lucky us it didn’t rain, as the boxes had been there for two days. Ron and his crew responded immediately and realized there was urgency in completing this job. Not only did they respond right away (9:30 PM when I contacted them) but completed the job only a few hours after I placed the request. We can’t thank them enough.
