About

I've been behind the knife most of my life. My passion lies in creating unique dishes with local ingredients. My travels and chef experience around the world have given me a very exclusive look at food and the culture therein. My culinary experience is extensive and I'm always thinking of ways to go just a little further. Having been a titled chef and bartender in some premier restaurants, and a private chef for some A list people, my true passion is in the private sector. I'm constantly cooking for friends and family and my wife and I love to entertain. Small parties are what I love, as I get to really put my heart into my dishes and be connected with those on the receiving side.

Rob's food was incredible. He was super open and willing to work with what we envisioned for our small wedding reception and took our requests and made them even better! Everyone loved our food, including my super picky chef father. We are so glad we found him and would use him again in a heartbeat.

Chef Rob and his Wife were AMAZING!!!!!! The food was phenomenal!! Everyone that attended my Husband's party said the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Also for the time and price totally worth it! Five star service all the way!!! Will definitely use him for every event we have....

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a very fair price point for my services. It's mostly related to what's on the menu (i.e. simple fare, or something more decadent & complex), and how many people. We also give a discount for cash payment
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, I will then give client several ideas that I can think up for their particular event based on the cuisine they are looking for. From there we will finalize the menu & make your event GREAT!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having a love for fine cuisine for the last 30+ years, I've had the pleasure of being a personal chef for individuals to having a titled chef position at a fine dining establishment. I prefer the more intimate one on one with my clients so that I can be more expressive with my dishes.
