Jacob helped resolve a hub/docking station and hardware issue for me on a Sunday, no less, and was excellent all around: extremely competent, very responsive, relaxed/easy to deal with and professional.

I handed Jacob an impossible task, and found out I had bought the wrong laptop for my purposes. My fault, I'm ignorant on tech. He told me what I need, and offered to help me find a new one. I'd worked with Jacob before, and he does exactly what you want, with no runaround. Recommended!

Flathead IT's reply

Ric, thank you again for the opportunity and I apologize for not being able to complete the job fully to receive five stars. Linux is just not supported on ARM based computers yet since it's such a fresh CPU architecture. It's going to take some time for the Linux community to develop for it, and specifically for your laptop model. I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!

Jacob did a terrific job with my father’s old computers. He did it all! Fixed our problems and got us new parts. He drove up the mountain roads twice. He’s now our go to guy!
