- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair with my pricing, but my price reflects my quality and attention to detail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a couple questions to learn a little about there project and prepare for a consultation. From there I have them schedule a time I can meet them. Next I get them there estimate within 1-2 days . After reviewing there estimate for a few days I reach out and touch base with them. Then if they want to go Forward with the project I send them a contract. Once signed & a start date is established work begins
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve got 5 years of experience and was trained by some of the best tile setters in the valley
