As a new business owner, I have vowed to make customer satisfaction my number one priority. In this field it is all too common to find dissatisfied customers with no where to turn. I give my best effort to maintain effective communication and a flexible mindset, so that customers will get the end product they desired. I love carpentry because it keaps me in shape; mentally and physically. To offer good quality work and competetive prices, one has to put a lot of thought into the most efficient and practical means of getting a job done. I also love being my own boss because it allows me to express my creative side instead of feeling like I'm on an assembly line.

I called Dan and he came over ASAP to give me a free estimate. He finished the project in 1 1/2 days and cleaned up after himself! I absolutely will be using him for future remodels! Thanks Dan.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All the time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in this line of work because my family for years have been carpenters. I learned it growing up and always seemed to be good at it. Over time others and myself noticed that I have a special knack for carpentry, so I figure I might as well stick with it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do the paperwork! And by paperwork I mean the contracts. And be specific. To many blow Joes out there trying to make money at the expense of dissatisfied customers. Don't be one of them!
