Introduction: I don't simply treat symptoms, I attempt to determine the root cause of the symptoms and then educate my clients as we work to shift the cause to prevent the symptoms from recurring. I utilize massage and exercise/stretching techniques, where indicated, to create that shift. I believe that each of us is responsible for healing ourselves, I am a facilitator in that healing process, but my clients are ultimately responsible for making the necessary lifestyle changes to bring lasting results.
