- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is a combination of type of clean, square footage, intensity of cleaning needed, and job type. Show me a written estimate from another company and I will meet or beat their price. Discounts offered are recurring services, add-ons, monthly specials, prepayment, and others at various times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and then pinpointing what services they want. I do this by giving them options to choose from and the rates for those options. After decisions are made, I write up a service agreement outlining the job to be done and the cost of the job as well as business policies that pertain to each job. I sign the customer signs, and the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied natural cleaning options for several years and have completed trainings on disinfecting, sanitizing, mold clean up, asbestos, and cleaners affects on the respiratory system. I've been taught to feel the clean vs seeing it and pass that on to my cleaners.
