- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee that I charge and if there are special supplies that are needed and have a bigger cost I will also include the price of that supply. For the most part I carry a standard flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer, do a walk a through of the house talk about what the customer wants and expects and determine about how long it'll take. I have a custom check list and make sure my supplies are within the customers needs. If they are not I make sure to find what their needs are and get the supplies that will meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep up on the latest cleaning supplies and what works best for different appliances.
