Norm is one of the most interesting and non-egotistical of the 5 Hardwood Floor Contractors I interviewed. His attention to detail and his explanations concerning the proposed job far exceeded that of the other Contractors, with the exception of DC). His price was fair and upfront.

My experience was very good with Norm. He is very good at what he does. And although there was a small issue with one board, he was back the next morning and fixed it. I am very happy with my new living room laminate.
