- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm very reasonable and will always work with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get measuremts, potentially pictures to get an idea of what the job will require of me, try and schedule a physical meet to get eyes on the project. Present the customer with a detailed bid. If accepted, then proceed to ensure Im am on the same page with the home owner and talk through the games plan of the job then get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a professional painter for over 10 years. There isn't much revolving around painting or staining that I don't know. residential or commercial.
