Just had part 1 of a 2 part crawlspace encapsulation project completed by Thomas at Dogwood crawlspace and I am blown away! He worked with me to come up with a plan to tackle the high humidity I have been dealing with that fit within by budget without cutting corners (except around the actual corners to make em fit tight). During the estimate as well as during the work any questions I had he was always more than willing to answer and was truly pleasant to work with. He took the time to go through, tape all the seams, sealed any foundation penetrations, dug/smoothed out a few spots (so the barrier doesn't rip), and really took the extra steps to ensure the crawlspace is sealed so that the dehumidifier can do its job. After he was done he brought me down and did a walk/crawl through to show me what he had done and answered any final questions I had. I am really happy I chose to hire Dogwood and look forward to working with them again this spring to finish the second part!

Thomas did an excellent job! He was professional from start to finish but MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!! This man has integrity, originally he mentioned for me to make sure the crawlspace was cleaned out but then later he sent me an invoice stating that clean up and debris removal was included….. an HE HONORED IT!!! He did an excellent job with installation and it was done in no time! Many customers send reviews when they get good service but with Thomas….. he deserves every bit of the recognition…. Thanks again buddy!
