We are proud to announce a name change with some good additions! Formerly Carolina Excavating, we are now Nicholas W Chapman Construction! We have changed the name to better serve you with additional services! We are now offering Home remodeling, Deck and Porch additions and remodels and more! During this difficult time of Social Distancing and Staying at home, we are offering remote visits with FaceTime and photos. We can also do drive by visits and work with you however possible. We are here to assist in any way we can! We are a small local business with our main focus being good customer service and professional work. We will work with all of our customers to make sure they 100% satisfied every time.

Outstanding job. High quality workmanship and a pleasure to work with. I had an initial idea of what I wanted. Over the lifecycle of the project, it changed and Nick collaborated with me to accommodate changes. Beautiful end result, so nice my neighbors have hired him to build their new deck.

We had major drainage issues in our backyard that was leading to water getting into our crawl space. Nina visited our property and put together a proposal. Nick came out and did the work and we could not be happier. Our backyard is now level and the catch basin that they installed has solved our drainage problems. Their pricing is fair and Nick is a true pro!

We offer competitive pricing from the start. We do have a (4) hour Minimum for all jobs that is $580 We offer Veteran's discounts. Have a friend who needs work? Get a referral fee when they hire us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be in contact to come and see what the job requires so we can get you a proper estimate.
