- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote each project individually to make sure we offer the best options possible. We do not charge any fees for an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to put eyes on all projects and listen to our customers needs and concerns before quoting any estimates. once we understand the goals and needs of the customer we offer options on the repairs or projects and follow the customer's lead on how they want to proceed. We require 30% down on approved estimates and the total upon completion of the job. If at any time we recieve new information, we stay in communication with the customer through the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We complete yearly continuing education and participate in conventions to stay educated on current products and local codes.
