- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% off for humanitarian, cultural and educational nonprofits, whether registered or not.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting down over coffee or having a phone call helps give me an idea of the scope and timeframe of the project, then we can work out the most efficient way to accomplish this depending on their schedule and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead videographer has a bachelor in Media Studies from Pomona College, and has taken coursework at Open Signal PDX in lighting, non-linear editing, and HD studio production.
