- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most customers want a lump sum price for their project which I am always happy to provide. I can also work for an hourly rate which starts at $75 per hour and can increase based on complexity and scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process: 1. Consult with the customer to establish and discuss goals for the project. 2. Define the the deliverable that the customer would like to receive. 3. Get measurements, drawings, pictures and other information from the customer. 4. Get to work! 5. Provide progress reports and drafts to the customer. I also share screen in a ZOOM meeting to collaborate and/or make changes in real time. 6. Finish and deliver project to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent 30 years in the commercial /residential construction industry serving in many roles from installer to production manager. I also have used a wide variety of CAD and 3D Modeling Software throughout my corporate career to create architectural models, draft plans and details, and work through project scenarios and presentations with modeling/CAD software before real-time application.
