I recently hired Image Interiors LLC for a large-scale basement flooring project and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, the owner, Carlos, was incredibly professional and responsive. Communication was seamless, which made the logistics of a large delivery and the specialized technical requirements of my subfloor much easier to manage. The main installer, Saul, is a true craftsman. We were installing a heavy 8mm SPC plank (Paradigm Conquest Windsor over a DMX 1-Step 2.0 breathable underlayment, and Saul’s attention to detail was top-notch. He and his partner were punctual, worked efficiently, and handled the transitions and perimeter gaps with precision. It’s rare to find a team that combines high-level technical skill with such genuine care for the customer’s home. If you want a flooring job done right the first time—especially with high-end materials—I highly recommend Carlos, Saul, and the rest of the Image Interiors team!
