Great experience today. Lee removed my old washer to the garage and installed the new one. Friendly and professional plus obviously good at what he does. Lee was very nice and a gentleman. I appreciated his timeliness and that he went right to work. He knew exactly what to do and found the problem with my dishwasher pretty quick. I will call him back if I have any problems in the future with any other appliances for sure!. Just by my conversation with him I knew he was knowledgeable in his field and experienced as he said. I had some problem with Thumbtack and he trusted me to pay him as soon as I got it working which was soon after he left. I really appreciated that as well. He didn't make me nervous and upset by pushing the issue or getting nasty or pushy with me or trying to imply I wasnt going to pay him. He understood after me showing him my phone that there was a problem, and that I would pay him as soon as I fixed the app or pay him on my computer. I did resolve it immediately after he left and I really appreciated his trust. It says alot about a man is all I'm trying to say since i am an elderly disabled lady!
