- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most licensed contractors are priced about the same as one another. We are not the lowest priced remodeler cutting corners to be cheap. Our goal is to do quality projects at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do an initial visit for free and will give the homeowner ballpark costs while we are there, at no charge. If they step into design, we charge a small fee and give you a 100% credit towards your project. We are the easy button for remodeling done right!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience. 1,000 kitchens and over 1,000 bathrooms. 98% of our clients will gladly give us a 5 Star review.
