- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and discounts. Usually we do run promotional deals each month, but during the quote process we can work out additional ways to save once we determine the entire scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to visit first time customers at their home introduce ourselves, get a first hand look at the project and ensure that communication is clear on project goals and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of several industry organizations that offer certifications to keep our skills in check such as: the Rain Gutter Association, Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals, and Christmas Lights Installation Professional Association.
