- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the ones set on the website. Each price is a set base price for a 5 hour clean. I charge and additional $40 per hour after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know the clients an there needs as well as wants. Let the customer get a feel of if we are a great fit for them. This is a very private thing for many and we want them to feel confident in there decision on choosing us for there home cleaning needs. after each cleaning we go over home and price with client upon completion of clean. Collect payment at the end of clean. Go over any further questions or concerns. Possibly set up future cleans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with several other companies as hiring and training manager as well as run teams and handled customer service while in the field for well over 8 years.
