FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the actual scope of the job—square footage, surface prep needed, and materials, not a generic per-room rate, so every estimate reflects what your project really needs. We're positioned as a premium provider: we use quality paints and take the prep work seriously, which shows in the finish and how long it lasts. We're happy to walk through the estimate line by line so you know exactly what you're paying for, and we don't tack on surprise fees once the job starts. If something changes scope, we talk about it with you first.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation about what you're looking to get done, then an in-person walkthrough so we can assess surfaces, prep needs, and any repair work (drywall, carpentry, etc.) before we quote. From there, we put together a detailed estimate, confirm timeline and colors/materials, and schedule the work. We keep communication open throughout, especially since we serve a lot of bilingual (English/Spanish) households and want everyone on the job to be on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in project management and strategy. I hold an MBA with a focus on finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. That's shaped how I run the business: every job follows a documented process, a written proposal with no vague line items, and disciplined scheduling so projects stay on time and on budget. I personally oversee scheduling and quality control on every project, so the numbers-driven, systems-first approach isn't just marketing; it's how the work actually gets managed day to day.
