I needed a new faucet installed and Ron was very prompt with his response and providing a competitive price. I also appreciated his proactive communication leading up to my appointment. Big kudos as when he arrived, he immediately took his shoes off. I appreciated his thoughtfulness. He installed the new faucet quickly even with him having to go to the store to pick up a piece.
