We feel so fortunate to have been connected with JF Stairs — Ana, Bruno, and the work craftsmen. The entire experience working with them from initial contact, to estimate, to most completion of the replacement of our 20 year old stair rails, posts, and balusters has been just what one would hope it would be and it needs to be recognized as it such a positive experience is an unfortunate rarity now. The project has completely transformed the look of our home from the front door to staircase itself to the living room with our open floor plan. The design expertise — iron balusters and extra posts to enhance look and safety — and craftsmanship are just amazing.
