Our prior install was sloppy and weak, Jorge gave a quick assessment and put us on schedule right away and patiently laid out the options. The crew knocked the work in a day with an amazing finish and the end product is much more stable now.
We feel so fortunate to have been connected with JF Stairs — Ana, Bruno, and the work craftsmen. The entire experience working with them from initial contact, to estimate, to most completion of the replacement of our 20 year old stair rails, posts, and balusters has been just what one would hope it would be and it needs to be recognized as it such a positive experience is an unfortunate rarity now. The project has completely transformed the look of our home from the front door to staircase itself to the living room with our open floor plan. The design expertise — iron balusters and extra posts to enhance look and safety — and craftsmanship are just amazing. I wish we had another staircase renovation they could work on. :) Thank you JF Stairs!
I have used JF Stairs multiple times. They are so good to work with. They did a complicated stair rail replacement for me beautifully! I just wrote them again for another job. Pros!

JF Stairs was absolutely exceptional to work with! From their responsive Customer Service, to their friendly and professional project staff, they went above and beyond and did a PHENOMENAL job! We hired them to swap out the wooden balusters with metal, geometric balusters. It only took them 5-6 hours from start to finish! Pricing was competitive and transparent. 100% recommended!

The price is fair according to the work that is being done, could be negotiable
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quote about the materials and the labor is given,+ when the contract is signed. 50% of the amount is expected, the other half when the job is finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years if experience working daily with installments and remodeling of stairs
