- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different. Alot of factors are considered before pricing the job. How involved is the job, what material is needed, how long will it take to complete the job are all questions before making an accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really try to build a trusting relationship with our customer that develops into a longterm friendship. We treat our customer like family and only recommend the service that fits best for them. We meet the customer and talk about the project and direct them in the most cost effective and practical way of handling it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years experience. I am also an educator of Electrical Safety and NFPA 70E Training and always taking classes to get better and learn more.
