FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be flexible because every home and project is different. Decluttering and organizing is not a one-size-fits-all service, so I typically price based on the size of the space, the level of clutter, and the amount of time needed to complete the work. Before we begin, I offer a simple consultation so I can understand your goals and give you a clear estimate. For most projects, I can provide either an hourly rate or a package rate depending on what makes the most sense for your needs. I believe in being upfront and transparent so there are no surprises. We will always agree on expectations and pricing before any work begins. My goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible while helping you get real, lasting results in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple, supportive, and non-overwhelming so clients feel comfortable from the very beginning. I start with an initial consultation, which can be done in person or virtually. During this time, we walk through the space (or talk through it), discuss your goals, and identify what’s feeling most challenging. This helps me understand not just the clutter, but the lifestyle behind it. Next, I create a basic plan of action. This includes which areas we’ll focus on first, how long the project may take, and what level of support you need—whether that’s hands-on organizing, decluttering guidance, or full room transformation. When we begin working together, I break the project into manageable sections so it never feels overwhelming. We sort through items together, make decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard, and then I help create simple systems so everything has a place moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring a lifelong passion for cleaning, organizing, and creating calm, functional spaces. As a mother of three, I’ve experienced firsthand how quickly a home can become cluttered and how much of a difference organization makes in daily life. While I may not come from a formal certification background, my real-world experience, strong organizational instincts, and hands-on problem solving have shaped my ability to help others create order from overwhelm.
