Introduction: I offer psychotherapy for adults, children, couples and families. I have over 25 years' experience, with a focus on couples counseling, trauma and personal growth. Most people come to counseling because they are stuck or find themselves increasingly conflicting in their relationships. I see therapeutic intervention as a process of identifying strategies that cease to work, and learning new tools and strategies that help people overcome these difficulties, and find greater satisfaction and happiness in their lives. I am trained in a variety of methods, and share all my knowledge to help people achieve their goals. My hours are flexible, and I am willing to adjust my fees for those with financial difficulties. I offer experienced help for a wide range of difficult life issues.
