My pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the project. Smaller troubleshooting tasks are usually billed at an hourly rate, while larger infrastructure projects can be priced as a fixed project fee. I always discuss the requirements first and provide a clear estimate before starting any work, so there are no surprises. For ongoing support or long-term engagements, I can also offer reduced rates or support packages.

I start by understanding the client’s infrastructure and requirements, then perform a technical assessment, propose a solution or plan, implement the work, and finally verify the system and provide recommendations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
