Vildan responded immediately to my service request. Showed up when promised, diagnosed and repaired the problems with both appliances.
He showed me what parts I needed gave me the part numbers and I ordered them myself direct from the manufacturers.
Unlike others appliance repair people, I did not need to pay anything in advance to him.
The service charge was fair, reasonable and affordable.
He was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious
What made the experience even more positive is that very few people in the area work on less mainstream appliances such as Bertazzoni and Miele.
5 stars. I will never consider anyone else for appliance repair ever again.

Arrived exactly at time programmed. Very professional in diagnosing problem with appliance and ordered two parts. Returned promptly on second day, installed parts and ran tests. All went off without a hitch and saved several hundred dollars in restoring a sixteen year old clothes washer. Very pleased!
