First of all, I would like to say that Mr. Nicely is down to earth, very friendly and very straight forward about what needs to be done. Our HVAC air conditioner was not cooling and he found that it didn't have any Freon. He gave me options on what to do. We could add Freon and see if it leaks out or we could approach this more in depth and look for the leak which could be costly. Our unit had cooled for 2 years so he figured that it was a very slow leak. We opted to just add the Freon at this time and see what happens. We also purchased a plan from Mr. Nicely, where he will come out 2 times a year for a maintenance check. When he comes back out to check our unit in 6 months and finds that we in fact do have a small leak, he will add the Freon for free and no charge for the visit. You can't beat this deal!!! Also, he came out the same day that I called him, how often does that happen?

We had Michael come in to initially clean the ducts of our recently purchased home. We knew there were some issues with heating and cooling and Michael was extremely helpful in identifying the issues we had with a terribly maintained AC system. As new home buyers and other projects under way, he was able to guide us on the areas that needed immediate attention, what could be done later on in the year, and what could wait a few years. His quote was very reasonable and we'll be glad to be breathing mold free air this summer! Looking forward to working with him on our semi annual service!

Michael did a great job. I was out of the area and he communicated through the process. He identified only what was needed and repaired the issue. He sent pictures to confirm the issues and completed the job quickly.

Our prices are determined by what YOU want. We are probably not the cheapest in town, but we are far from expensive. We will work with you, if you work with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to walk the customer through what we are doing and how we find the problem and solution, if they are interested. If not, we get in, take care of the problem and leave you comfortable and satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military and grew up in the business. My partner has been doing the job for 30 years and is also a technical school graduate.
