Michael Installed a new Lenox 2 ton unit and air handler for me in my house in Mars Hill, NC. If you want to hire a professional hire Nicely. He'll be there for you through the whole process and you'll most likely get a better deal than the bigger places who don't even know who you are and will charge and arm and a leg. Michael was very efficient. He brought a crew out and got the job done quickly. Like I said. A real pro.

Micheal Nicely has the highest degree of professionalism I’ve ever experienced in working with a tradesmen. My system was in fact working perfectly with the exception of the breaker having been turned off by a previous worker when a water pipe burst under my home. Michael still went through the process of testing the pressure and Freon making sure everything was in perfect working order. There are some very unscrupulous people out there but this gentleman is so honest it was amazing. I highly recommended his company if you want a professional , honest and highly affordable service person.

Our prices are determined by what YOU want. We are probably not the cheapest in town, but we are far from expensive. We will work with you, if you work with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to walk the customer through what we are doing and how we find the problem and solution, if they are interested. If not, we get in, take care of the problem and leave you comfortable and satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military and grew up in the business. My partner has been doing the job for 30 years and is also a technical school graduate.
