As a licensed professional dog trainer with years of experience, my services include Obedience Training, Therapy Dog Training, and Behavioral Modification. I am a Certified Professional Dog Trainer through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT.org) and a Canine Good Citizen Evaluator through the American Kennel Club.
I teach both obedience training and behavior modification. I also address behavioral problems ranging from housebreaking and leash training, to anxious/aggressive behavior reconditioning. I would recommend James to any and everyone. He is friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. He helped us so much with our dog Larry, and we will hire him again in the near future for leash training as well. If you want a professional trainer that really “gets” canines, this is your guy! He always showed up to all appointments made, and seemed excited to train. He was flexible and caring and addressed all concerns we had. James has been great with our puppy. He gave us some good pointers and helped with basic training in our home, and is very responsive and checks in regularly. We were new to having a dog, so he gave advice and recommendations for local groomer and products. We were really happy with how he handles the dog and the dog responds well to him. He is a very caring and seasoned trainer.

We were very happy working with James on our two year old English Setter "Satch". Satch was a rescue street dog without any training. In short time James had him paying attention to us and obeying commands. We know enjoy our new dog a lot more.
