Introduction: Alma supports individuals in getting to the root cause of their health challenges by treating the body-mind as one being. She will help you address your physical, mental, and emotional symptoms. My wife and I recently worked with Alma while we were transitioning to eating a more plant based diet and she was very helpful along the way. Alma helped us understand some of the different motivations for eating a plant based diet and also recommended recipes and supplements that ensured we were maintaining important vitamin and mineral levels. I never did Pilate Thai Yoga before but i enjoyed it. It was very interesting relaxing and felt very thoughtful and with specific intent for health and healing. I also enjoyed your presence energy and the easy and interesting conversation. I think people refer to this aspect within healers and doctors dentist's etc. Its an important quality. 😉 i felt so much more relaxed and calm after the session. Thank you. Will come again.

Alma provides a calm and peaceful space every occasion I go for energy healing. Her warm touch and the essential oils she uses not only give a sense of relaxation all over my body, but also a nourishing gift to my being. I enjoyed most of her work on my feet, also the technique where her fingers make circular motion on my temples, jawline and head. It helps release tension and the pressure applied is just perfect, feels soothing and restorative. I am very grateful to Alma, would highly recommend her to anybody who seek care and connection to his/her body.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in bio-individuality - meaning, one program doesn't fit all. Once I find out where you are struggling and what you would like to achieve, I will provide recommendations to an appropriate program for you. We may use a variety of techniques including: Bodywork, Functional Nutrition, and/or Natural Hormone Balancing. The protocol will be dependent on your individual needs and desires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is getting to know you, learning about where you may be struggling and need support, so we can develop a plan to help you reach your optimal health. If you're not sure if my program is for you, I offer complimentary 20-minute wellness breakthrough sessions. This session is a great way for you to get a feel for how I work with clients and see if we would be a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications: - Functional Health Coach - Insulin Resistance Coach - Gluten Practitioner - Transpersonal Energy Healing Counselor - Body Mind Balance Practitioner - Reiki Practitioner - Thai Yoga Stretching Therapist In addition, I am currently enrolled in a very extensive practitioner training program through Institute of Nutritional Endocrinology where I am studying directly with Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, an internationally recognized nutrition and health authority with almost 30 years of clinical experience. I have received comprehensive training on adrenal fatigue, digestive problems, and blood sugar imbalances/insulin resistance, among others. I find myself being drawn to constantly learning various healing modalities because I believe healing takes place when body-mind-spirit are in balance.
