- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is different. My price will provide a better value than my competition, but probably won't be the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with customer at work site and determine customer's goals and current situation. Write a scope of work for the customer so that what the customer wants and what I am going to do match. Start and complete work as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over twenty years of experience improving and repairing homes. I do work for the largest property management company in North Carolina. So I know how to do the job right and have the resources to get help if I need it.
