I had 'hired' Knapp's Lawn Care to clean some debris out of my yard. Before arriving, my trash removal company removed the debris. I got in touch with Knapp's - they totally understood. From our communication, I'd hire them again. He was so understanding.

Our pick up with a nonprofit organization fell through and Jonathan was able to pick up same day a few pieces of office furniture that we could no longer use. He was courteous, professional, easy and quick to work with and I would use him again!
