I needed my roof replaced & had a total of seven companies come to home & give me quotes. Jon Harteis, the owner, came by quoted me the best price for what I wanted. Others gave me a slightly lower price but for class 2 shingles. I ended getting class 4 shingles ( which qualify for an insurance discount) for basically the same price as the lowest bid that I got. Jon true gift is his communication skills & his attentiveness to his customers. Seriously, make sure he is one of the companies you call when you need a new roof, you will not be disappointed.

Had multiple estimates and John from Arden NC location
came out and gave me multiple estimates from shingles to
metal and explained everything and modified the estimates twice. There were no hidden costs. Very professional and on time in everything they did. Each day clean up was done to ensure pets and tires were safe!!! John was so responsive and honest - best company around WNC. If you need a roof ... this is your company. I plan on having siding done next.
