- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge between $40 and $50 per hour for Website Development and Graphic Design. I offer a sliding scale lower than that for certain situations and clients if I can facilitate it. My prices may be higher than some other professionals, although I do excellent work with great follow through for clients. I even tend to round down hours that I work for clients depending on the flow of the work. You truly are getting a great deal for my hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with the customer over the phone, video meeting or in person to go over the details of the project, the timeline and the payment. We speak along the way through the projects at different stages of development for review, feedback and changes to make sure we are not wasting time or money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught in Graphic Design and Website Development over the course of about 17 years. I worked in Hardware Development prior. I have excellent visual spatial design talent and capacities and have been an artist since a child.
