Big Mike’s responded to our request within the time period established and came to our house the following morning. The crew of 5, removed 2 tall pine trees that were over 40 feet tall that were encroaching on our property and home as well as our neighbor’s home and property. The crew worked expeditiously, without causing any problems or issues and without damaging our property! They cleaned up after they finished and were done in less than 2 hours. We would highly recommend them!

They cut down 20 pines in my yard in 3.5 days. Hired on a Thursday and we’re coming to start the next day but rain delayed it until Monday. Very impressed by responsiveness and quality of work! Thank you Big Mike and wife!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give a price online or a pic. We need to see the tree in person. If we have to rope out the branches, top, and possibly have to piece out the rest of the tree, the price will be more. If there's enough room to top it and drop it, the price can be alot cheaper. This all depends how close the tree is to a home, fence, etc. It will make a big difference in the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is added to our "Customer Family Tree"! Our family will take care of their property as if it was our own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been your local tree specialist for 10 yrs. now. We have decided to get our Arborist license which we will be testing for later this year (next test session in Columbia).
