The guys showed up a day after I contacted them and did a great job at a competitive price. It looked like a difficult tree but they were done in a couple of hours. They cleaned everything up and even blew off the road when they were done. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience with this tree service! They gave me a very competitive price and were able to get the job done the very next day. They did a great job, were quick and professional, and cleaned everything up really well afterward. I’d definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Lil Christian is the newest member but is family. He went to High School with our boys, varsity wrestler, and graduated with them. Gave good rating (no words) but regretting. Was left with damaged plants & took down a tree I didnt approve of. Although for good reason per his judgment, I would have rather they stuck to the plan of removing dead log. Said they would call next day to "make it right" but never reached out. Will not be recommending to anyone.

Hi, this is the only bad review we have ever gotten and the only time a customer has complained. we have a child with heart issues and a family emergency, so I apologize for any inconvenience on not calling back when told. You are always welcomed to call us back or text. I am the owner and wife, Christie. I was informed of plants that were damaged, but that was it. sometimes with tree work, plants get damaged, unless we can move them. in 13 yrs, we have never had plants damaged severely, maybe a few leaves from planted plants (like azaleas), but never to the point that the customer complained or they didnt grow back. Can you send me pics? You said a tree was taken down that you didn't approve of, which was that? We did already give you a discount and price as low as possible to help you out. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's hard to give a price online or a pic. We need to see the tree in person. If we have to rope out the branches, top, and possibly have to piece out the rest of the tree, the price will be more. If there's enough room to top it and drop it, the price can be alot cheaper. This all depends how close the tree is to a home, fence, etc. It will make a big difference in the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer is added to our "Customer Family Tree"! Our family will take care of their property as if it was our own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been your local tree specialist for 10 yrs. now. We have decided to get our Arborist license which we will be testing for later this year (next test session in Columbia).
