- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in being fully transparent with our pricing. When we provide a quote, we clearly explain what’s included, and we stand by that price. You’ll never be surprised by hidden fees, if anything changes, we’ll communicate it right away so you’re always up to date. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident knowing exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your ideas and needs, either over the phone or through messages. Many projects can be priced right away with the help of photos, making it quick and convenient. For more detailed or unique projects, we’ll schedule an in-person estimate to go over everything together. From there, we review the details, build a clear plan and timeline, finalize the price, and set a date that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 14 years of hands-on experience in finishing and refinishing. Early in my career, I was mentored by a craftsman with more than 40 years in the trade, which gave me a strong foundation in quality and technique. Along the way, I’ve also completed specialized training in cabinet finishing and refinishing. Most importantly, I’ve built my expertise through years of real-world projects, consistently refining my skills to deliver lasting, high-quality results for every customer.
