After over 25 yrs of dance experience, I deliver dance lessons that are fun & comfortable, there is no age limit, it is never too late to start dancing! Learn at your pace. Judgement free, stress free. Creative choreography if needed for your occasion that suits your own individual style! Dance truly changes lives! Dance for recreation, for an event, to lose weight, or just because you always wanted to learn and finally set the goal! I love the transformation that takes place. To see someone come out of that shell or overcome their fear, gain self confidence... to actually be able to feel comfortable in who they are, be it to dance socially, or perhaps for a show or even compete! Marissa taught our group of 30 inexperienced dancers, ages ranging from 4 to 70 year olds, 3 dances in one hour! We all had so much fun we decided we must do it every family reunion! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every person has a different way of taking in information in learning to dance. Sometimes the amount of nerves can weigh on a students learning ability, so if I am able to restore confidence in a student, that can make all the difference! My approach is to find what way works best for each unique individual.
