- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all-inclusive packages that help the client get the most for their dollar. We can also build custom packages ala carte for anyone who wants something out of the ordinary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to go into detail about what they are planning so that we can offer the right package with the right price. The last thing you want is to have the photo booth standing there empty or having to close down before everyone has had a chance to share in the fun.
