I engaged the services of Ian Courtright to shoot some headshots both for the back cover of my new book, Montagnard, and for promotional use. I looked at several photographers through Thumbtack but settled on Ian because there was something different about this portfolio I liked. While the others were indeed good, his photographs had an extraordinary quality. They looked more "alive." After the shoot and receiving the photos from Ian, I will say that he did not disappoint.
