What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a REALTOR, I am required to take 8 hours of continuing education every year with 4 of those hours being the update for Broker/Owners. I also have to take the national Ethics Update every two years. In addition, I am always attending classes that are offered throughout the industry (i.e. lending practices, eco-building, local codes/ordinance changes, etc,etc)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved real estate and happened into real estate sales when helping a friend find a home. Her Buyer's Agent was the broker/owner of a local Century21 and he talked me into getting my license. The best decision I have ever made!
